What To Expect
The Initial Discovery Call
We start with a casual yet professional exchange that gives both of us the opportunity to get to know each other and share information and the backstory about our businesses. Our goal is to understand your motivation for learning how AI can help your business. We’ll answer your questions and ask a few of our own to learn how we can help your business.
We want you to be comfortable asking questions about our processes, the technology we use, concerns about AI, timelines, pricing, and anything on your mind. Everything's on the table: whether you're just kicking the tires to see what’s possible, or you’re ready to discuss specific issues and their potential AI-driven solutions.
By the end of our initial conversation, we’ll both know if scheduling a Discovery Meeting makes sense.
The Discovery Meeting
A (preferably) in-person meeting to talk through your business challenges, goals, and pain points. You tell us what slows you down or what you’d fix first if you could. We’ll also review your big wins, competitive strengths, and operational advantages.
Our goal is to see the big picture and understand the moving parts. We dig into your workflows, customer journey, and tools you’re already using. We look for the “friction points” where AI can automate, personalize, or accelerate results. Expect questions, follow-up questions, and additional clarifying questions to ensure we fully understand where AI can make the biggest difference.
Deep Dive & Analysis
We organize and review what we learned from the Discovery Meeting and explore AI and technology solutions from every angle. We don’t do boilerplate or templated quick fixes. We’re on an analytical mission to identify as many solutions to a single problem as possible. From there, we qualify the most effective solutions based on feasibility, sustainability/potential to scale, timeline, and expense. The top solutions are quickly scoped within a framework aligned with your business strategy to determine primary and secondary solutions based on ROI, timing, and operational fit.
Strategy Delivery
You’ll receive a personalized AI Opportunity and Recommended Strategy Report that includes recommended solutions, tools, workflow diagrams, and rollout options. We’ll review it together to clarify the finer points and answer your questions. No fluff, no jargon. Just practical, profitable clarity.
